Hi. Brian. Only bugs that belong to to projects that officially use official use Malone for bug tracking can be expired. In the case where a bug in xorg is New in the upstream package, and Incomplete in the ubuntu package, the ubuntu would be set to Invalid, but the upstream package will be unchanged.
