"General error" when uploading files to PPA

I can not upload my package to PPA.
 This bug is similar to #798957, but difference is that my files are NOT actually uploaded.

Uploading to ppa (via ftp to ppa.launchpad.net):

I use key 7D0B3D8B, which is added to my profile.

After attempt to upload files I have next mail:

Rejected:
Unable to find fresh_1.1.0-4.orig.tar.gz in upload or distribution.
Files specified in DSC are broken or missing, skipping package unpack verification.

I use xubuntu 11.10 up to date.

This is currently happening to me as well. I was able to upload packages just yesterday.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
