A team I'm in is an owner (but not a member) of one team (~a) and an administrator of another (~b). I receive email notification of expirations from ~b, but not from ~a.
Similarly new member notifications are only sent to administrators, not to owners.
Some owners want to hand-off administration to administrators, others want to be nosy even if they are not in the team themselves. |
