This i patch is bad. Mostly because release manager is a common term used through out software development, where as we are prepetually explaining driver. Ubuntu does had a small team of people who are release managers. they make the bug decisions. Ubuntu should not be an exception. The python: hack in the template is a strong indication the view is not doing the proper work.
