So far I've tested OK with:
 poppy
 librarian

I found that the librarian was not restarted on qastaging when code is updated, I had to test it on dogfood.

I see that bzr-sftp is also using the old logging style on tellurium and thedac says that it does get restarted when there's a code update. I'm not sure either way.

Also I can't get a code import to run on staging.
