Right now is done manually on the whiteboard.
but a whiteboard can become messy or important information is sometimes wiped...
also takes more time trying to organize them, specially as the numbers increase.
would be better to have a simple task system *separate* from the whiteboard, positioned just under it.
something like:
Work-Items:
[assigned-user] + [Task] + [status]
assigned-user: on click you can search an user registered on launchpad.
Tasks: A field to enter text, but also Notes can also be added to tasks (for technical and not very clear tasks). Clicking the task reveals the notes.
Status: frequently used are DONE; TODO; BLOCKED, (etc.). If status is *blocked* , notes can be added/linked to for clarification of what is the blocker.
A relative straight forward addition, that would make working on blueprints a little faster and easier for keeping things organized and clear. |

-- Priority: add priority.
-- Sort: by user, status or priority.
