simple task manager for work-items in blueprints

Right now is done manually on the whiteboard.

but a whiteboard can become messy or important information is sometimes wiped...

also takes more time trying to organize them, specially as the numbers increase.

would be better to have a simple task system *separate* from the whiteboard, positioned just under it.

something like:

Work-Items:
[assigned-user] + [Task] + [status]

- Assigned-user: on click you can search an user (or team?) registered on launchpad.

- Tasks: A field to enter text, but also *Notes* could be added/linked to tasks (for technical or not very clear tasks). Clicking the task reveals the notes.

- Status: frequently used are DONE; TODO; INPROGRESS; BLOCKED, (etc.). If status is *blocked* , notes can be added/linked to for clarification of what is the blocker.

- Optional (other things that might be useful or future enhancements):
-- Priority: add priority.
-- Sort: by user, status or priority.

A relative straight forward addition, that would make working on blueprints a little faster and easier for keeping things organized and clear.
