I added that line to reduce the gap between the icon+header for the project you're in (e.g. "[rocket icon] Launchpad") and the top of the rounded border. It should bring the <div id="mainarea"> up by 10px as well as everything inside it, but for some reason in Opera the tabs are staying down.
If there is no way to make Opera comply, an acceptable solution would be a hack that hides the "top: -10px;" from Opera.
