If I want a bug only targeted to natty, I (as a bug supervisor) should be able to do that. The report a bug link implies that I can do such a thing, but redirects to the general package page, not the series specific one:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/firefox/+filebug
If more series are requires, they can be nominated.
In bugs like Bug #857098, we end up with a lot of wasted bug tasks. |
