If I go to a project, or to a poll, or to some things more, I show in the actions menu (the top left one) some links to edit something (such as the poll, the project details, the project admin...). However, I don't have rights to change all that stuff.
I think that options I can't change shouldn't be displayed, as you can't see those options on people's profile (you can in yours, see the email addresses, jabber ids... but not in other's one).
