Hmm, actually, if we don't see this OOPS, it's because the exception was changed from UnsafeUrlSeen, to BadUrl so the OOPS signature was modified.
There is no reason that bug doesn't happen still. In fact there are some recent ones like OOPS-34138.SMS15
It's probably a case of invalid stacking or something like that.
