It's difficult in this case because the team at hand is a member of several teams; of which I don't have control over. Each of those projects would need to be setup in this manner AFAICT. Not that it is a bad thing to solve the mass mailings, but it got convoluted and complicated quickly. I'm sure nothing is "impossible", but I didn't see a way to make it work without killing the purpose of the team (an easy way to be a "developer" on all projects so jenkins will run on your mp's). I will say, I don't know how to do it. While the explanation makes sense, I'm not sure how to implement it in this case, nor is it likely I alone can do so.
