Yes, it's quite easy to do.

It's probably best to start with +filebug-advanced, yes. It's not hard
to make it work with +filebug as well, but I'm not sure about the UI. To
+filebug-advanced we can add a tag widget which will make it clear, but
I'm not sure what to do in +filebug. It can be confusing if it works,
but there's no indication of that a tag will be added.
