Bug Description
Regarding bugs where the problem is reproducible across different packages, it would be helpful in reducing unnecessary bug E-Mail traffic if "Also Affects Distribution" allows for one master stroke of Affects, Status, Importance, Assigned to, Milestone, Upstream Link, a comment and an attachment.
Example click flow -> Also Affects Distribution -> Fill in all available information -> Submit
1 E-Mail containing all the information instead of 3+ separate E-Mails.
