We would only create profiles when mail is approved. I agree the
legitimate : spam ratio is poor, but as we don't measure at the moment
we really can't tell.

Spammers are one class of anti-user; LP is /also/ built around
encouraging communication with upsteam, and having upstream be unable
to be cc'd on a message and then reply is a pretty severe antifeature
IMNSHO. The question is how best to deal with it.
