Bug Description
This isn't a regression of bug 604614, rather its a UI bug: the list is deactivated but the UI does not reflect it in any way.

Marking High, as AFAIK, this is not a regression, merely an initial wart.

I am marking this low with its peers. This bug is similar to several bugs, notably bug 663702. The central issue is that testing for the existence of a list is wrong. The list's status and usability must be queried.
