Could you at least change the text of the error message, so it reflects the true situation?
It currently says:
> Timeout error
> Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.
> We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.
No doubt an error stack trace gets recorded in a logfile. But if nobody dares to have a look in the sesspool, then you also cannot promise appropriate actions are being taken.
