Bug Description

This is something the Chromium browser project need desperately. More detail on "why" are omitted here.

The following features need to be implemented:
1) Importing of translation templates (translations not really needed) from a bzr branch.
2) Exporting of translations to a bzr branch.

2) is duplicate of bug 407403. Considering the way Chromium manages translations, I don't think this is critical for them (Fabien seems to merge them offline preferring LP translations along the way).

Since this is a feature request and Chromium has some work arounds going, I'll re-triage this as low importance. It's not directly related to the feature we're finishing off.
