I did some digging on this and talked to mthaddon about it:

    '447040.*' gives nothing

    database correctly, because it does exist on
    bugs-mirror.debian.org: rsync -l
    'rsync://bugs-mirror.debian.org/bts-spool-archive/*/447040.*'
