Bug Description
Reviewing merge reviews in LP would be much nicer if comments could be made inline to the diff.
I'd like to be able to click a line on the diff and have an area open up where I could comment on a part of the patch, right inside of the diff.

while I'd love this we have the issue of how to tie the comment to a particular line, especially as the diffs are regenerated when the source branch gets new commits, which may well modify the code commented on, or even remove it.
