Comment 0 for bug 682623

<https://launchpad.net/~alejandra-obregon/+structural-subscriptions> has a link with the text "Structural subscriptions". That doesn't mean anything except to Launchpad developers.

The obvious way of fixing this would be to just list the structural subscriptions inline, followed by the direct subscriptions, without any headings.

Another way would be to keep the link, but change its text to something like "Projects and packages".
