Bug Description
I'm trying to retarget bug 676600 from Launchpad to Ubuntu. The only way I can see to do that (as per bug 678387) is to enter "ubuntu" in the project input box. That fails with "Enter a project name"
I see no other errors shown in the page, but the error box at the top says "There are 2 errors in the data you entered. Please fix them and try again."

I think the errors are also covered by bug 80902. So I'll dupe this one against that one.
