Can't retarget a bug to Ubuntu

Bug Description
I'm trying to retarget bug 676600 from Launchpad to Ubuntu. But I don't see how to do it: there is only an input field where I can change the project, but not one where I can set the distribution.
If I select "Choose…" next to the input box and search for Ubuntu, the search fails because there are too many results. The picker suggests that I narrow my search, which I wouldn't know how to do under the circumstances.
If I just enter "ubuntu" in the input box, an error shows up saying "Enter a project name"
