The Ubuntu Software Center project does not use Launchpad Blueprints, for obvious reasons.
<https://blueprints.launchpad.net/software-center> says that "software-store does not use Launchpad for planning or documentation." Apart from getting our name wrong, this is correct.
Unfortunately, <https://launchpad.net/software-center/+assignments> lists 19 supposed "specifications", and still lets people "Register a blueprint".
This is harmful to the project, because it suggests we accept input in a way that we never actually receive.
