Bug Description
I'm new to Launchpad and was recently given ownership privileges of a Launchpad team. I had trouble finding the Copy Package and Delete Package links. It seems reasonable to expose these operations in the right-most side bar on the landing page rather than needing to click through to View Package Details to get at them. To me, viewing package details is a separate action to copying packages and deleting them. It was non-obvious to me that this is what I needed to do.
