Comment 3 for bug 636000

I do not understand. There are 5 configuration pages, one for each app. We are show 4 of the links because blueprints is in a sad state. We could take a simple JS reveal aproach to show the 4 links to configure the four applications. This will not be an issue for for the app pages because they will show their configuration links regardless of the state the app is in.
