in the launchpad answers there is a button for adding an answer which can be misused.
some people want to help answering but sometime the don't understand the question or the question isn't that clear by answering something he didn't understand the question will be mark as answered so the one who asked will ask it again or will give up
Suggestions:
1- make a confirmation dialog remains the one who is answering be his responsibility.
2- make a team to reviews answers either approve or reject them this will add more quality
