Distribution:+bugs-index is exceeding the production timeout in ~ 2% of requests according to https://devpad.canonical.com/~stub/ppr/lpnet/latest-daily-timeout-candidates.html. The graph shows a gap between 11seconds and the timeouts, so this may be a contention related issue. However the page times are widely spread from 0-11 seconds, so there is likely many queries or something similar driving this.
