Distribution:+filebug-show-similar is showing up on https://devpad.canonical.com/~stub/ppr/lpnet/latest-daily-timeout-candidates.html with a 25 second 99% completion rate - this is because more ~ 30% of requests are taking more than 20 seconds of time to complete. This possibly oopses below our fairly noisy threshold at the moment as it only has 13 hits yesterday.
