OOPS-1682EB3820 shows a timeout working with a tremendous number of canditates. bug 365030 may be the first recorded occurence of the issue, but the oops is not in the database (the bug requests a mark all feature which is not relvant to this issue).

Users can allow the list to grow impossibly large. It might be possible/required to make the form work in batches.
