Make fails from spelling error of local-vostok

Bug Description

When following the 'Getting' instructions for Launchpad (https://dev.launchpad.net/Getting) and running "./rocketfuel-setup" the make fails with:

ERROR: Site local-vostok does not exist!
make: *** [enable-apache-launchpad] Error 1
ERROR: Unable to install apache config appropriately

This seems to be the result of a spelling mistake in "lp-branches/devel/Makefile". By renaming any instances of “vosok” with “vostok” (I think there is only one) the make can be re-run without any issues.

Hopefully this is not a duplicate bug (I couldn't find another) and I've submitted this in the correct section.

Fixed in db-stable r9639 (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~launchpad-pqm/launchpad/db-stable/revision/9639) by a commit, but not testable.
