vostok apache config breaks rocketfuel-setup

Bug Description

When running rocketfuel-setup on an already configured machine I recieved the following error:

--- BEGIN ---
[sudo] password for mars:
vostok.dev added to /etc/hosts

...

ERROR: Site local-vostok does not exist!
make: *** [enable-apache-launchpad] Error 1
ERROR: Unable to install apache config appropriately
--- FIN ---

This is a problem because rocketfuel-setup should run on both fresh installs and on previously-configured systems.

This was observed on Revision 11316 of devel

Michael, I hope you don't mind my assigning this bug to you - I assume you added the vostok configuration values, and have a working copy of the local-vostok Apache configuration file.
