Comment 2 for bug 60601

I was banging my head against the wall with the same problem. Was trying to add a known good public key, one which does not include a comment field (valid per OpenSSH specifications and common in the real world) and Launchpad refused to accept it as a valid key. I added a bogus comment to the end of it per the suggestion of "spiv" (Andrew Bennetts) in #launchpad and it worked.

This bug is getting pretty long in tooth. Could someone please have a look at it?
