Comment 4 for bug 5927

Lp bugs already warns the user when assigning a user who has never been assigned to a bug in project. I expect the the assigner to see the standard message, and on confirmation, he is subscribed. Some aspects of this bug will be irrelevant. All users in project roles will soon be able to see all the project's private bugs. This case will thus pertain to users in project roles assigning to users not in roles.
