Getting error while adding new email-id to launchpad

While adding new email-id to my launchpad page, It shows me every time an error given below, I already having an email-id there, but I want to add one more.

Error Mesaage is like this one:

"Oops! Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad. We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience. (Error ID: OOPS-1619K171) "

This looks like an SSO registration issue. The email address is known to Launchpad but is does not belong to the user (person). The code checks for email.person, but there is no person...this email address is only used for signon. If the user and email has the same account, the email address could be updated to be the same person, otherwise the code must fallback to the standard person warning.

I am passing this back to foundations because Francis believes that the code should trust that there is a person in this case. There is a deept authentication or data integrity issue here.

Yep, the email-id which I wanting to add to my this existing launchpad is already been registered, hence why I'd got the problem... So, to overcome this problem, I've merged both accounts... Now I'm seeing both e-mail-ids (current and the merged one, which I waned to add previously) on my launchpad profile!
