Comment 11 for bug 586150

I have a pretty good idea who blueprints are used. I can also see Ubuntu's core developers are the only users of the app. Blueprints is not usable for other projects. I personally think blueprints should be dismantled and replaced with a lighter planning tool that can be used by more than one project.
