Here are some fresh OOPS for at least the same symptom as described in the bug:

With 75 packages:

Worked with 12 several times and then failed on a different set of packages (perhaps with more history):

Then 10 worked. Then I got tired of copy/pasting oops numbers, that's probably enough.
