Greetings.
I've stumbled across an interesting problem. As you can see from my launchpad account, https://launchpad.net/people/1 , my Person.$name is "1". "1@ubuntu.com" did not autogenerate after my CoC signature (and further addition to the Ubuntu Members group).

I suspect this may already exist as an alias. If so, I suspect that PersonNameBlacklist implementation would prevent others from having this issue.

Joey registered the name '1' in Launchpad but that name is blacklisted. When he signed the CoC and became member of the ubuntumembers team he expected to have an 1@ubuntu.com email address registered but that never happened.
What should have happened:
He should have received a message telling him that '1' is not a valid name at the moment he tried to register/change it.
