Bug Description
Since we changed the translations policy of the Ubuntu project to Restricted, we've had several requests to create new Ubuntu translation teams.
These requests go mostly through either personal e-mail or through an e-mail to all members of the Ubuntu Translations Coordinators team.
That's probably due to the fact that going to the https:/
"There is no team to manage Ubuntu translations to $LANGUAGE. To set one up, please get in touch with Ubuntu Translations Coordinators."
When we receive a personal e-mail, we forward it to the list and direct the translators to https:/
It would be much easier to have the Launchpad page have a link to https:/
