This is an https://dev.launchpad.net/PolicyandProcess/XXXPolicy but to track presence of some bodges in the testsuite to be compatible with both karmic-and-earlier and lucid-and-later versions of apt-ftparchive output.

Specifically, from lucid, it generates Checksums-* stanzas in Sources files.
