Comment 6 for bug 556499

The changes Tom has done here only include model/schema changes to add the field for this feature. These changes have landed and are fine and are marked qa-ok for that reason.

This field is not yet settable from the web UI, nor are the custom messages displayed to users. I have filed bug 588276 about the work remaining to make this feature useful on Launchpad. This remaining bug is at the top of the bugs backlog for the full-time bugs team hackers so that we can get this feature finished off and usable.
