As part of the automated testing system, I as the autopkgtest setup's admin end up filing bunches of bugs. This is done automatically and can involve dozens or even hundreds of bugs at a time.
The Ubuntu release engineers have asked me to file these bugs with a milestone set, so that they can track them. (Most of these bugs are FTBFS bugs and so quite serious.)
Doing this as a manual step after submission is not practical. I therefore need a way to set a milestone on a bug while filing it from the email interface.
I will see if I can get this bug's priority increased.
