Add this PPA to your system incorrect on private PPAs

Bug Description

Currently a private PPA tells you that you can add the ppa to your system which are incorrect (as add-apt-repository won't work for private PPAs requiring access tokens etc.).

We should instead ensure that the technical details with the apt-lines include the token and link to a separate help text for private PPAs.
