After fixing bug 526462 (integrating the make-ubuntu-sane.py script into the Launchpad tree) there's still a lot of work to be done in order to get a working local Soyuz set up. Lots of manual steps are described on https://dev.launchpad.net/Soyuz/HowToUseSoyuzLocally
These tasks look like they could be completed by the script:
* Set up amd64 distroarchseries.
* Create PPA user.
* Add GPG key.
* Retrieve login token.
* Sign Code of Conduct.
* Create PPA.
* Configure PPA.
* Add PPA user to ubuntu-team.
Anything that requires Launchpad to run will have to be done separately.
