Bug Description
There are some critical parts of Ubuntu which should have more attention of the translators to avoid big mistakes. A translation team administrator could have the possibility of setting a template as critical. For example, one template that seems critical to me is "About Ubuntu", which in Dapper probably will show up translated when someone opens firefox.
In this case, a subteam called (fr review team, made up of more experienced translators) would be notified of the existence of this critical templates. The review team would have the responsability of examining the template and approve the translations, i.e., remove the fuzzy mark.
