Bug Description
It would be nice if you would be able to be marked as moderator for certain language.
Then you would have a langauge moderation page where moderators can approve/reject/send for review new translations that people offered.
It would make it easier to filter out bad translations.

We started to implement this kind of feature.
For Hoary, only people that are members of an Ubuntu Translation team are able to edit translations and anyone else is only able to add new translations, so if a member of a team sees a bad translation, he can fix it an it will not be changed again unless other member of that teams do it.
Our current support is too basic, but we have already a spec for this feature and will land in our servers as soon as we finish its implementation.
