When Launchpad sends out an email that contains lines that start with
'From', it makes sure that these lines are quoted. It's probably to be
kind to those system that can't handle seeing lines starting with
'From' in the body, but I don't see this behaviour in other mail I get,
so it doesn't seem to be that important.
Anyone know the reasoning behind quoting lines starting with 'From'?
