Comment 22 for bug 438116

Edwin landed schema changes recently (in production now) that will let us queue the task to building and sending emails. I still think (from a usability prespective and as an answer contact), that needed to send onyl one message to each contact, sending a bug conversation in several messages is confusing because it is not clear until the last one that the bug is really a question. As an answer contact, I really want to know what the question is first. I can read the previous conversation only if I want to clarify a point.
