I think this is fine, we already have a background that is pretty obvious.

The enable will only be for when it is disabled, which is basically
what you toggle from the home page AFAIK. Bonus points if the redirect
is permanent instead of "2 hours", as it's very easy for users to
switch it on and off.
I guess that, if it where cheap, we could show the "enable" message on
production *if* you where a member of the beta team. Not sure how
cheap or easy to do that is.
