can't log out of launchpad from "Report bug" and "Not allowed here" pages

Bug Description

When attempting to log out from the "report bug" page, I get transported to the following page:
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+filebug/+logout

Which presents this message:
Error: Page not found
Lost something?
There’s no page with this address in Launchpad.
Check that you entered the address correctly, or search for it:

Perhaps also related to this error I got:
OOPS-1335ED147

Fixing bug 123734 probably would fix this bug.

This issue (not being able to log out) also affects pages for which the user does not have access.

These pages have the following error on them:
Not allowed here

Sorry, you don't have permission to access this page.

This is a duplicate, but probably pretty hard to find - thanks for your clear description, I'm marking it as a dupe of the primary bug now.
